Topic selection
I always get confused about selecting topic. At first instance I believe I should write on this topic but after few words, it gets changed.
So million dollars question is on which topic we should write? Everybody should ask this question to themselves.
In simple words I prefer to answer that what is your goal? Why you want to write?
If you can answer this simple questions it becomes easy for you. Find out your audience and then it will be easy for you.
One should write according to the audience's Interest. If you can win the heart of your audience then it will be easy for you. 
Types Of Books
On Amazon Kindle, you will find lots of types of categories. You can publish your book in particular category.
Basically, there are two types of books. Fiction and Non-fiction books.
In fiction books, you may find imaginary concepts. In that, you can see imaginary characters, events.
Non-fiction is that kind of books, in which creator or authors take the responsibility of the information, presentation. It may or may not be true but written in good faith.
Whereas, Non-fiction itself confess that it has no connection with accuracy, truth.
Fiction book genres are crime, thrillers, mystery, romance, fantasy, science fiction. In this core part is imagination.
Non-fiction based on facts. Books related to biography, travel, cooking, health, fitness, true crime, science. 
How To Write
Writing has no particular rules. There is no written rules but you can find certain rules at publishing platforms.
Different publishing platforms may have different rules. Rules according to format, concepts. You may need to follow that rules while publishing on that platform.
Major difficulty in writing is free flowing. From our mind thousands of thoughts passing at the same time.
Sometimes it becomes difficult to jot down all points at that time. You may be writing about writing and your mind might be thinking about after writing what to do? I mean it might be thinking about publishing.
So how to cop up with such situations? What you will do? Additionally, your format may be mismatch. You are writing something and your mind is stuck with formatting the last line.
Different authors use different formulas for it. You can develop your own style. I must add that never try to format at the time of writing.
Let your writing be free flow. Let your hand type as per your thoughts. Don’t worry about the relevance. Need not to think about formation.

Whenever you are sharing your experience to the public then it is not all about you. It becomes for general.
People find themselves in a role. They put on the shoes in their legs. After all book is about making reader to play the role.
Readers don’t care about who you are. From where you are. The best thing is they accept without any discrimination, no bias.
They care for the end results. Suppose, you are writing book about how to develop good habits and audience find it useful, you will be loved.
Your success measured by the way you are changing life of the others. You can change your life also by doing so.
Don’t let paralyze the exactness
Like me, you may have also worried for the truth, wanted to write the truth. This thing might start to paralyze you.
Let me explain you, when you start writing, at some stage you stop writing ahead. Even you don’t understand what is happening?
You see the end result that since so long time, you have not written a single page. This is the temporary paralysis.
If you do not cure it on time, your writing passion will not work. You stop writing completely.
I agree, you are writing Non-fiction book and you should write exact things but some concepts do not require exactness. Even you will not be able to find it.
Let me explain you, for “what to write” kind of books have many options. You may think this way, other might think other way.
From my point of view, what is best may not be the same for the other. So this is the game of opinions. I can add one thing try to keep your opinions valid and try to help the readers.
In short, Be honest, give your valid opinions, and help the audience. This is what reader demands, nothing more than that. 
No need to be good writer
Other most important and should not be avoided kind of obstacle. You may think that I am not a good writer.
Following kind of things might stopping you while writing:
I am not a good writer.
My grammar is not so good.
My language is not like professional writers.
I do not have enough time.
I am not having writer kind of education.
Such kind of thoughts might be stopping you. Ask yourself honestly and answer to yourself. Do you think, is this the really valid reason for not writing?
From my point of view, what readers expect from you is the below things:
Your passion for writing.
Your passion to help.
They need your Inspirational thoughts.
Your honesty.
Be genuine, useful, informative, do necessary research, use your entertaining powers, and readers will forgive you for your simple, silly mistakes.
If you feel that you are not good writer, then I must say none is born writer. This is the craft. By practice and with more and more practice, you can be great writer.
For poor grammar: no need to worry, write down whatever comes in your mind. After that you can get the help of the expert. You can hire the editors. On the net you can find so many people, from sites like Fiverr, upwork and so on.
If you think that your language is not like professional writers, than I must say this is your plus point. Readers love honest writers much more than professional.
The reason behind it is that their hunger to help become professional not from heart, they know the nerves of the audience, so professional writers may misuse it.
It is good to do mistakes. This shows that the book is written by human not by machine.
You may say that, you do not have enough time. I agree. In this world, everybody has to play different roles, attend different duties.
For that I can say “ It’s not about “having” time, it’s about making time.”. I hope you understood what I mean to say.
Check out your schedule, you can have gap somewhere. You can write early in the morning or can do late night writing.

Nowhere, it is written that, you should write in notebooks only. If you do extensive travelling, you can write in your mobile. So many notepad apps available. You can use those applications.
My one friend said that I want to write but I am waiting for the Inspiration. I will get Inspiration to write and will start.
I replied her, start writing and automatically Inspiration will start to flooded. She was not convinced.
She was looking like that I must be joking. I said that no, I am not joking. This is the real truth.
Have you ever written anything in your life? Yes, surely you may have. Anything like Writing leave application, love letter, thanks note.
While writing this, what required is to start. After that your brain start to work on it. It shows different ways, your keyboard or pen start to free flow.
Even sometimes, I observed that I am not able to write with the pace of my thoughts. It thinks faster than my writing or typing speed.
Still not convinced, start taking video of yourself and in this video you will have to speak anything about your bestie, your love, his or her habit. And now after 3 minutes stop it and replay it and write down, what you spoke.
You will find that it didn’t required any Inspiration to speak on that topic, even at the time of writing your video words, you think I should add this also or I should replace this with xyz.
I must say deal with your problems before they deal with your happiness. Believing in yourself is the first secret to success.
Believe in yourself. Believe that you can write. Believe that you can write book. You can write better book. You can write more and more books, useful books, more selling books.
