I am exploring the secrets of Motivation. Here you will learn about the life. I am attempting here to help you and I am sure this book will help you to do the best in your life.

Now let's consider, what exactly does this mean? Exact meaning of this may be, whatever is required to push ourselves to do something.

Through different ways, I am going to push you how to get what you want. You can call this as Motivation and you know it has two types.

Extrinsic And Intrinsic Motivation

External means we get it from the world, nature, society like milk to build body, gym tools for the same.

Internal motivation comes from our inside. same way to fulfil something, we push up ourselves externally or internally.  

I am stating its benefits.

Through this we can get something in our life. It support to reach your destination or goal. Most important is you should be aware with your goal.

Decide where you want to go. Make decision of your longer-term and short term goals.

You can feel like super power by getting it. You start feel better, satisfied and awesome.

According to the goals, you may get other benefits also. It creates feeling of born to win.  

Inspirational Lines

You can collect inspirational lines, thoughts, it can work as driving force for you. I consider it as the great one habit. When you feel down, going through or reading these quotes,  can recharge yourself.

Same way, you can collect motivational videos also. For example, The champion song sung by Carrie Underwood, make help you to feel energized.

Keep such videos and quotes handy to refer as and when you want. You can share it on the social media, personal webpages, blogs or can create your own video with it.

Index Cards

The other way is you can create index card and can stick it on your desk, refrigerator, bulletin board.

Sharing on your Facebook page and encouraging other can make such positive energized people group.

You can join such groups also where you can exchange and share such things.   Here I am exploring how you feel after being motivated. It is an excellent experience.

Most of the people, afraid of losing rather than getting something. Such quotes, inspirational things make them reminding on focus to gain instead of scaring to loose.

Different Types Of Motivation

There is so much written about motivation and its types. Basically, I found two types of motivation: Intrinsic and extrinsic.

Others are claiming for more types of it. Actually, we are least concerned with the theory and more interested about it’s applicability.

To make our concept easy, let’s consider two types of it. Extrinsic are the things which externally pushing with some emotions or the physical things.

If company gives you attendance bonus then it is outer motivation. Intrinsic comes from your inner side, like if you are thrust to gain knowledge for something and start reading, attending seminars for it.

Different motivation works for different people. You need to discover yourself, what will work for you and should start using to get the best results.  

I observed that everyone is deeply interested to get success in life. Being passionate for success, growth, development is common.

No matter what you want to achieve, this is all about how to get up, push ourselves at down.

Every one may have faced the situation where they may get demoralized, and motivation works like booster at such times.

How To Be Motivated

To be motivated, so many resources available in the world. Just you need to get up and start to find the way.

I am sharing few resources which can work as motivation. You can read story book, autobiography, inspirational books for it.

If you are fond of movies, search motivational videos, attend webinars. In the Cyber age, kindle books, online book stores, blogs, websites, social media also most effective tool.  

Motivation is good thing but suppose unable to get motivated what to do? That's true that it helps to achieve our goals but in case not having motivation will we not succeed?

I Agreed, with motivation it becomes easy to achieve goals but is there any alternative of it?

Focusing On Motivation

Sometimes we cannot focus on motivating when we feel down, what to do in such situations? Getting prepared for the different circumstances is the real way to win in any situations.

I am helping you with few tips through it you can work without motivation. Previously you may shine and  topped in worst and difficult scenarios.

Develop  certain habits which are useful to fulfil your goals and automatically you will be inclined to do that things. Positive thoughts and affirmative approach is also great one solution.

Develop habits of positive affirmation, think positive, believe you are born to achieve best things in life.  

Just think over this again and again why God has created us? Relax, close your eyes, have deep breaths and think what you want from life.

Make a list of your desires and find out what are the most important one among them and put them on priority.

After deciding what you want, make the positive affirmative sentence of your goal. These sentences are your goal sentences, and make them short, sweet and simple.

You should place it on your study table or the place where you are sparing more time, so subconscious mind can work on it. Find out how much time does it require to get it accomplished?

According to time frame, mark them as long term and short term goals. You can concentrate on less time consuming task and finish them, so it can boost your confidence.

Make a time table and divide your time for every goals and specify time limit for them.  

In this, sticky notes can help you. You should put Task on top and activities under the task accordingly. Find out accountability person for your activities and do follow up and in case to finish the task take responsibility your self also. Organize your each and every task and have close eyes on it.

If particular task taking longer time, find out the reason and take actions proactively.

You can set pre-reminder of your activities and well prepared in advance. Through advance activities, find out in hand sources and try other alternatives and sources also for that.

The activities which are done, cross off them and place them where they can remind you to feel proud for accomplishment.

You can find out your role model of that task and follow him or her. Without hesitation, approach the role model at the time of confusion and ask them what he did to accomplish it and how you can do it in better way.  

Let me introduce one amazing point, Which is the most prominent to achieve your goals. You can chase your dream and can get it.

Some people prefer to say it visualization technique. Those who are interested in self development may have heard and might have familiar with it.

Visualization is nothing but programming your mind. I am trying to explain you in mind theory concepts.

As We know our conscious mind follow the logical instructions. First of all whatever you want to visualize, write down on paper. Subconscious mind understand the Image and emotion based command.

Add audio effect like other people appreciating with words and feel it.
